German School campus
Founder and Principal of Germans School Campus Ursula Schoeneich immigrated to the US. She has combined all her passions into her work to help others to learn German.
Moving from Germany was a very enriching experience that she believes is a great gift. Going abroad and being given the opportunity to learn and teach something new as to share skills and experience is a gift to others- by enriching their lives through our knowledge, different perspectives, and personality.
German School campus opened its doors in September 2015 with a red ribbon cutting with Congressman Dana Rohrabacher here with his 3 children who also have attended GERMAN SCHOOL campus in Newport Beach.
Our classes have grown, and we proudly can offer 10 class steps that can lead our students through the years to the German Language Diploma I and II, AP German, and AATG-NGE 4.
We also expanded our campus to the community of Aliso Viejo and Carlsbad where we teach in the morning hours. We teach German as DaF (Deutsch als Fremdsprache – German as foreign Language) to the Common European Framework of Reference for Language (CEFR).
It also defines three “plus levels” (A2+B1+B2). Based on empirical research and widespread consultation, this scheme makes it possible to compare tests and exams across languages and national boundaries.
Our curriculum includes conversation, listening, reading and writing, German culture, and applied geography.
We have a very fluid learning environment- both socially and academically. The small class sizes enable the teacher to focus on each child’s unique needs. Offering your child an opportunity to learn another language like German is a fabulous gift.
