Nach dem Studium des Grundschullehramts hat sie ihre erste Stelle als Klassenlehrerin einer 1. Klasse bekommen und hat diese bis zum Ende der 2. Klasse unterrichtet. Während dieser zwei Jahre hat Daniela nebenberuflich ihre Montessori-Ausbildung absolviert und abgeschlossen.
Durch einen Zufall hat sie ein Jobangebot aus Deutschland bekommen und ist 2016 nach München gezogen. Sie unterrichtet insgesamt 5 Jahre Grundschule in einer Privatschule in München.Während dieser Zeit war Daniela nicht nur Klassenlehrerin, sondern auch Beraterin für Junglehrer und neue Kolleginnen. Zudem unterstützte sie die Direktorin beim Erstellen der Stundenpläne, führte Aufnahmegespräche für zukünftige SchülerInnen und deren Eltern und kümmerte sich um anfallende organisatorische Angelegenheiten.
Nach diesen fünf Jahren, und vielen wertvollen Erfahrungen, ist Daniela Anfang 2022 mit ihrem Mann nach Kalifornien gezogen. Für sie ist das Unterrichten nicht nur ein Job, sondern eine Berufung. Ihr Ziel ist es, die SchülerInnen liebevoll, motivierend und wertschätzend durch ihre beginnende Schulzeit der ersten 5 Jahre, zu begleiten.
Daniela Strobl was born and raised in Vienna, Austria.
After studying elementary education, she got her first job as a class teacher of a 1st-grade class and taught it until the end of the 2nd grade. During these two years, Daniela did and completed her Montessori training part-time.
By chance, she got a job offer from Germany and moved to Munich in 2016. She taught elementary school in a private school in Munich for a total of 5 years. During this time, Daniela was not only a classroom teacher but also an advisor for young teachers and new colleagues. In addition, she supported the director in creating the timetables, conducted admission interviews for future students and their parents, and took care of organizational matters.
After these five years, and many valuable experiences, Daniela moved to California with her husband in early 2022. For her, teaching is not just a job, but rather a calling. Her goal is to guide the students in a loving, motivating, and appreciative way through their first 5 years of school.
