Official Step-by-Step Activation for Google Classroom & Student Services.
Your Digital Access Starts Here
Following your successful registration with Gradelink, you must now activate your official German School Campus Google account. This provides access to your student Gmail, Classroom assignments, and teacher communications. Please follow the steps below in order. Click any image to see a larger view.
Account Sign-In
Go to the cultural and traditional events page to begin the login process.
Accept Account
Welcome to your new account. Read the terms and click ‘Accept’.
Create Password
Establish a strong, secure password for your student identity.
Student Gmail
Your official inbox is now ready for school communications.
Class Invitation
Find your Class Invitation email sent by the German School Campus.
Join Invitation
Open the invitation and click the blue ‘Join’ button.
Confirm Join
Confirm classroom entry using your student credentials.
Main Dashboard
You have arrived at your Dashboard. All active classes appear here.
Classroom Access
Click on the classroom tile to enter your specific study area.
The Classroom
Access stream announcements and classwork assignments here.
Guardian Summaries
Parents will receive an email to join as a classroom guardian.
Accept Summaries
Parents must click ‘Accept’ to receive weekly progress reports.
Email Confirmation
Verify the guardian email address for accurate delivery.
Report Settings
Adjust report frequency (Daily/Weekly) in the settings menu.
Google App Grid
Locate the sign-in area and app grid in the top-right corner.
Identity Sign-In
Ensure you are signing in with the student @germanschoolcampus.com email.
Return Access
For daily use, simply select the student profile to log back in.
