Academic immersion thrives when students take command of their learning and apply language skills to real-world context. Our advanced high school tracks challenge students to research, collaborate, and synthesize deep thematic concepts entirely in German.
Project 2021 in Action serves as a permanent digital gallery documenting the scholarly presentations, community projects, and research milestones completed by our upper-level students as they prepare for global language certifications.
🔍 Independent Thematic Research
Students choose advanced global, historical, or scientific topics to analyze deeply. This process mimics university-level research, requiring students to source German materials, structure analytical arguments, and present their findings live before faculty advisors and peers.
🗣️ Collaborative Speech & Dialogue
In addition to static compositions, the initiative emphasizes active group debate and dialogue. High schoolers work together to defend viewpoints, navigate complex cultural perspectives, and master the advanced syntax necessary to pass high-level DSD and ÖSD examinations.
