Tuesday / Thursday 8:30 am – 9:30 am (8th – 12th)Campus Pacific Coast
This two-hour German class once a week is a combo class with students at beginner and intermediate German language levels.
You get high school credit for German as a foreign language; students can take the AATG-National German exam.
We meet twice a week for one hour.
Study and workbooks are augmented to support video clips, grammar clips, audio, and film through an App downloaded on the cell phone. (Purchased by the teacher)
A structured binder will be handed out.
Additional material is handed out to students to support each chapter.

$480 semester / $960 school year and $100 book and material fee


Spanish classes 1st – 12th grade

Monday-8:00 a.m.–9:25 a.m. (Spanish 3rd to 5th-Beginner) – Campus Pacific Coast
The textbook is called Alba Y Gael. Students will learn the Spanish basics, like the alphabet, numbers, and colors, in this one-hour class. They will also learn conversational Spanish to ask each other about the names, ages, phone numbers, favorite activities, foods, where something is located
, and descriptions of family members and pets.
Recordings, videos, and websites will also support learning.
Tuition $250 semester / $500 school year
The material and book fee is $50 per year. The teacher will order books.


Monday: 10:00 a.m.–11:05 a.m. (Spanish Middle School 6th – 7th – Intermediate) – Campus Pacific Coast

This is a 90-minute class per week.
This is a two-semester course. The textbook is called Reporteros 2.
After the preliminary chapter, “Para Empezar,” you will learn how to talk about favorite activities, describe yourself and others, and discuss your school day, food, healthy habits, where you are going, and your family.
Homework is an integral part of this course.
Recordings and videos will also support learning.
Tuition $700 year / $350 semester
The material and book fee is $100 per year. The teacher will order books.


Tuesday—10:30 a.m.–11:25 a.m. (Spanish 4th – 6th – Beginner) – Campus Pacific Coast
This is a one-hour class per week.
The textbook is called Alba Y Gael. Students will learn the Spanish basics like the alphabet, numbers, and colors in this class. They will also learn conversational Spanish to ask each other about their name, age, phone number, favorite activities and foods, where something is located, and descriptions of family members and pets.

Tuesday / Thursday – 12:30 pm – 1:55 pm (Spanish 1 High School) – Campus Pacific Coast
This is a two-semester course of three hours per week for 32 weeks in the school year.
The textbook is called Reporteros 1. After the preliminary chapter, “Para Empezar,” you will learn how to talk about favorite activities, describe yourself and others, talk about your school day, talk about food and healthy habits, where you are going, talk about your family, how to order food in a restaurant, and describe your house and chores.
Homework is an integral part of this course.
Recordings and videos will also support learning.
Tuition $700 semester / $1400 school year
The material is $25 per year. The students and their families will order books.


Tuesday—2:00 pm–3:25 pm (Spanish Middle School 6th – 8th – Beginner) – Campus Pacific Coast
This is a 90-minute class per week.

Cooking and Baking Classes

European Classic for Children

Monday – 10:00 am – 11:25 am (9th – 12th) class: $320/ material: $80 per semester – Campus Pacific Coast
This 90-minute class introduces basic cooking skills to ensure your child can prepare simple recipes. Product preparation, hygiene, and cooking basics will be presented. This class focuses weekly on traditional European recipes. Examples are German pancakes, potato salad and schnitzel, pasta Bolognese, French omelet, Belgian fries, and more. Students will have a great meal with each class accomplished. Students receive a binder for the collected recipes. Important! We are teaching you the metric system.


Introduction to French Cuisine Basics

Tuesday—2:00 pm–3:25 pm (9th–12th) class: $320/ material: $80 per semester – Campus Pacific Coast
In these 90 minutes classes, students will be introduced to all hygiene procedures, and each week will have a topic covering traditional French cuisine. Starting with the basics of preparing produce and moving on to vegetable recipes, egg recipes, meat, chicken, and desserts. This class will provide a solid foundation for traditional French cuisine. Students will have a great meal with each class accomplished. Important! We are teaching you the metric system. Students receive a binder for the collected recipes.


German and Austrian Kid’s Favorites

Wednesday—2:00 pm – 3:25 pm (7th – 12th) class: $320/ material: $80 per semesterCampus Pacific Coast
In these 90 minutes, class students will be introduced to all safety and hygiene procedures before learning simple German and Austrian recipes that are a highlight for kids! Examples of recipes that will be made include the famous Austrian Kaiserschmarrn, Palatschinken, German Pretzels, and Potato Salad. Students will have a great meal with each class accomplished. Important! We are teaching you the metric system. Students receive a binder for the collected recipes.


For the Love of Baking

Thursday-9:30 am-10:25 am (2nd–6th) class: $320/ material: $80 per semester – Campus Pacific Coast

Do you want to learn how to make delicious desserts and treats? For the Love of Baking is about teaching students the art and skill of baking so that they will feel comfortable and confident in the kitchen and develop a love for baking! We will introduce the students to how certain ingredients interact with one another to create delicious flavors as we perform different experiments and discover the science behind baking. In each class, we will focus on a new recipe, which will be added to each student’s recipe book so that they can create these wonderful treats at home for their family and friends :). They will also bring home a sample of what we made in class each week. Please contact us if your child has allergies before signing up to discuss it.

Charter Schools
We accept charter funds from Excel Charter School. Amount to be found after registration in the student account at Gradelink. Payments for Tuition should be received in time and no later than the first of each month. Through Gradelink / PaySimple, we accept credit cards, and autopay can be set up. Checks are accepted. A $25 fee applies for checks returned due to insufficient funds. Classes will start on September 12th, 2022, and continue until June 5th, 2023.
