Weekly Report Week 11
Jägertoast, Social Projects & Rooftop Cinema
This week began with a culinary highlight: In our cooking class, we prepared “Frühstücks-Jägertoast.” The children had a blast customizing their toppings, giving their creations a personal touch. Beyond the kitchen, we focused on finalizing report card templates, ensuring every child receives the recognition they deserve.
Community Service: Delta Epsilon Phi
Midweek, I accompanied Mrs. Schöneich and her high school students during their social project as part of their involvement in the Delta Epsilon Phi National Honor Society. We volunteered at the Mercy Warehouse Thriftstore in Laguna Niguel, accepting donations and organizing the store. It was inspiring to witness the students’ enthusiasm and commitment to serving the community.
LA Culture: Sunset Rooftop Cinema
For a personal highlight, I visited a Rooftop Cinema in Los Angeles. Watching a movie while the sun set over the city skyline was an unforgettable experience. The combination of the breathtaking scenery and the film created a magical atmosphere that will stay with me for a long time.
